You’ll be joining a collaborative and engaged team of 130+ people based in our Melbourne HQ - think onsite badminton courts, weekly fitness classes, end of trip facilities and sweeping 26th floor views.
What you’ll be doing
- The go-to partner for a portfolio of Commercial Brokers building trust, driving activity, and helping them grow their business with RedZed.
- Actively sourcing commercial property lending opportunities, including SMSF and short-term private lending solutions, in a rapidly expanding part of our business.
- Bringing new brokers into the RedZed fold, guiding them through accreditation and supporting them to submit their first deal confidently.
- Developing smart, strategic sales plans that help us hit growth targets and expand our footprint in the commercial lending market.
- Representing RedZed at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to elevate our brand and build deeper relationships across the broker community.
- Continually sharpening your sales skills, product knowledge, and commercial know‑how through training, workshops, and self‑driven learning.
- Collaborating with our Credit, Risk, Product, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure brokers and customers receive a seamless, best‑in‑class experience.
About You
You’re an experienced commercial lending professional with 2+ years in commercial or private lending, ideally as a BDM in the third‑party mortgage channel. You know how to structure deals, support brokers, and work confidently with Credit. Experience in SMSF or short‑term/private lending is a bonus as these areas continue to grow.
You thrive in an ambitious, team‑focused environment and enjoy being part of a business that’s continually evolving. You’re proactive, adaptable, and commercially minded, someone who brings ideas, embraces change, and looks for better ways to support brokers and customers.
Relationships are your strength. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and collaborate naturally with both external partners and internal teams. You’re organised, solutions‑focused, and comfortable presenting, training brokers, and representing RedZed at events. If you’re hands‑on, energetic, and ready to make an impact, you’ll fit right in.
