You’ll be joining a collaborative and engaged team of 130+ people based in our Melbourne HQ - think onsite badminton courts, weekly fitness classes, end of trip facilities and sweeping 26th floor views.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of brokers, acting as their key point of contact.
  • Identify and originate new residential and commercial lending opportunities through the broker network.
  • Support and accredit new brokers, guiding them through onboarding and their first deal submission.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Stay across market trends, industry changes, and regulatory updates to inform your approach.
  • Represent RedZed at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
  • Continuously build your product knowledge, sales capability, and industry expertise through ongoing learning.

 

About You

You’re a natural relationship builder with a strong sales instinct and a genuine passion for getting out there, meeting people, and making things happen. You thrive on building trust, growing partnerships, and spotting opportunities before anyone else does. With a few solid years under your belt in B2B or lending, you know what it takes to win business and you love the buzz that comes with it.

 

You’re proactive, driven, and not one to sit back and wait for opportunities to land in your lap. Whether it’s getting on the road, picking up the phone, or presenting to a room full of brokers, you bring energy, confidence, and a can-do attitude to everything you do. You’re equally comfortable talking through deals as you are delivering training or building long-term relationships that turn into repeat business.

 

Most importantly, you’re motivated by results but know great sales is about more than just hitting targets, it’s about building genuine connections, staying curious about the market, and constantly sharpening your edge.
