You’ll be joining a collaborative and engaged team of 130+ people based in our Melbourne HQ - think onsite badminton courts, weekly fitness classes, end‑of‑trip facilities and sweeping 26th‑floor views.
What You’ll be doing
You’ll be a trusted point of contact for our clients and brokers, delivering responsive, thoughtful support and helping ensure every interaction with RedZed feels seamless and professional. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls with confidence, empathy and professionalism
- Responding to client and broker enquiries via email, ensuring clear, accurate and timely communication
- Processing a range of client requests within agreed turnaround times, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Maintaining and updating loan accounts to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Completing data entry and reporting tasks to support team and business outcomes
- Supporting the Client Services Manager and Senior Client Services Officers with ad‑hoc tasks and initiatives
- Working closely with colleagues and cross‑functional teams to help deliver a smooth, end‑to‑end client experience
About You
You’re a natural people‑person with a strong customer focus and a genuine desire to help others succeed. You take ownership of every enquiry that comes your way, working towards first‑time resolution and always keeping the client experience front of mind.
You’re organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Coming from a background in customer service, retail, hospitality or banking and financial services, you’re confident learning new systems and working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Reliable and solutions‑focused, you’re someone colleagues trust to see tasks through and support both internal and external stakeholders.
