What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting Commercial Business Development Managers with day‑to‑day broker relationship management, pipeline activity, and post‑settlement service
  • Managing and monitoring broker portfolios across multiple channels to resolve queries and support a smooth end‑to‑end application process
  • Assisting in identifying and pursuing new commercial business opportunities
  • Coordinating broker communications, events, webinars, and follow‑up from meetings
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and lending summaries to support Commercial BDM initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records and supporting campaign execution and tracking
  • Taking a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to enhance broker satisfaction and drive business growth

 

About You

You’re an organised and proactive support professional with experience in sales coordination, lending administration, or a similar support role, ideally within finance or non‑bank lending. You enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes to support commercial outcomes.

 

With strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy across systems, reporting, and broker interactions. You’re a confident communicator with a genuine customer‑first mindset, able to build positive relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders alike.

 

You’re tech‑savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Known for your self‑starter attitude, you’re equally effective working independently and collaborating as part of a close‑knit team. Exposure to broker networks, aggregators, or loan processing will be highly regarded and will help you hit the ground running in this role.
