You’ll be joining a collaborative and engaged team of 130+ people based in our Melbourne HQ - think onsite badminton courts, weekly fitness classes, end of trip facilities and sweeping 26th floor views.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create engaging digital content that strengthens the RedZed brand and supports business outcomes
- Develop written, visual and video content across social media, website, email and internal channels
- Manage content planning, calendars and publishing to ensure consistent and timely delivery
- Monitor and analyse content performance, using insights to improve engagement, reach and conversion
- Ensure all content is on-brand, clear, compliant and aligned to business objectives
About You
You’re a creative, detail-oriented content creator who knows how to bring a brand to life across digital channels. Whether it’s writing a sharp social post, updating website content or pulling together a quick video, you have a natural ability to create content that’s clear, engaging and aligned to brand. You’re confident managing multiple pieces of content at once and take pride in delivering high-quality work, even in a fast-moving environment.
You’re equally comfortable thinking creatively and commercially, you understand that great content isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about driving engagement and supporting business outcomes. You’re curious about performance and enjoy using data and insights to refine your approach, optimise campaigns and continuously improve results.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), so you’re someone who thrives in a flexible environment and can manage your time effectively. You’re self-motivated, organised and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and take on feedback with ease.
