Product Owner

What you’ll be doing

This is not your typical IT product role, this role is all about driving meaningful business changes and turning big ideas into tangible projects delivering meaningful outcomes across RedZed, including:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation and PMO projects, from discovery and planning through to delivery and benefits realisation.
• Define clear outcomes, roadmaps and success measures aligned to business, customer, risk and regulatory objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement across Technology, Operations, Credit, Finance and Risk.
• Establish fit-for-purpose delivery governance, managing risks, dependencies, timelines and regulatory obligations.
• Partner with Technology and delivery teams to execute initiatives to agreed scope, timeframes and quality standards.
• Own business cases, investment rationale and post-implementation benefits tracking in partnership with Finance.
• Provide clear delivery cadence, reporting and transparency to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to building and uplifting project delivery and governance capability across the business.
• Operate in a hands-on, delivery-focused way, navigating ambiguity and proactively solving problems.

 

About You

You’re a delivery focused professional who enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, measurable outcomes. You’re comfortable taking ownership from discovery through to delivery and benefits realisation, and you thrive in fast paced, evolving environments.

 

You have sound mortgage experience delivering cross functional initiatives and working closely with stakeholders across the business to shape problems, gather requirements and drive solutions forward. You’re commercially minded, outcomes focused and confident navigating ambiguity, competing priorities and regulated environments.

 

You’re motivated by transformation and continuous improvement, with a genuine interest in improving ways of working, operating models and delivery capability. You’re excited by the opportunity to help shape a newly created Transformation team and play a key role in how change is delivered across the organisation.
