You’ll be joining a collaborative and engaged team of 130+ people based in our Melbourne HQ - think onsite badminton courts, weekly fitness classes, end of trip facilities and sweeping 26th floor views.
What You'll Be Doing
- Settlement pipeline management & associated follow up
- Preparation of Loan Offer and Mortgage Documentation
- Ensure outstanding supporting documentation is received prior to settlement
- Liaising with banks and solicitors to facilitate the settlement process
- Booking and arranging settlements either electronically or as otherwise required in each State
- Build and maintain relationship with settlement agents to facilitate physical settlements
- Preparation of settlement figures and daily funding requirements
- Pre-Settlement calls with customer
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to all parties involved
- Cross train in all settlement functions
About You
You’re an experienced settlements professional who thrives in a fast paced, detail driven environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience. With at least three years’ experience in a similar settlements Document preparation and verification role, you bring a strong understanding of end-to-end settlement and mortgage lodgment processes, and you’re confident managing competing priorities while meeting strict SLA and settlement deadlines.
You have a natural customer service mindset and enjoy building strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer‑centric outcomes. Highly organised and meticulous, you’re known for your accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication style. Experience using PEXA is highly regarded, and you’re comfortable working under pressure to ensure every settlement is delivered smoothly and on time.
