What you’ll be doing
- Managing the settlement pipeline and keeping everything on track from documentation to final funding.
- Preparing Loan Offers and Mortgage Documents with accuracy and care.
- Liaising with banks, solicitors, and settlement agents to coordinate smooth, timely settlements across Australia.
- Booking and arranging settlements electronically (PEXA) or physically, depending on the state.
- Making pre-settlement calls to customers and ensuring all supporting documents are in place.
- Preparing daily settlement figures and funding requirements.
- Delivering an exceptional experience to every customer, broker, and stakeholder involved.
- Cross-training across settlement functions so you can jump in and support wherever needed.

About You
You’re a detail-driven settlements specialist with at least 3 years’ experience in mortgage operations, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and customer care go hand in hand. You know your way around settlement pipelines, mortgage documentation, and the ins and outs of the lodgement process and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen.
You thrive in a team environment where everyone pitches in, backs each other, and works toward shared goals. You bring a proactive mindset, a knack for solving problems, and a calm confidence that helps keep things moving even when deadlines are tight. You’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
