You’ll be joining a collaborative and engaged team of 130+ people based in our Melbourne HQ - think onsite badminton courts, weekly fitness classes, end of trip facilities and sweeping 26th floor views.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the settlement pipeline, ensuring timely progress and follow-ups
  • Prepare loan offers, mortgage, and settlement documentation
  • Ensure all required documents are received prior to settlement
  • Liaise with banks, solicitors, and agents to facilitate settlements
  • Coordinate and book electronic and physical settlements across all states
  • Maintain strong relationships with settlement agents
  • Prepare settlement figures and manage daily funding requirements
  • Conduct pre-settlement calls and support customers through the process
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
  • Cross-train across settlement functions to support team coverage

 

About You

You bring at least 3 years’ experience in a similar settlement role, with a strong understanding of settlement and mortgage lodgement processes. You’re comfortable working to strict SLAs and managing competing priorities to ensure settlements are completed accurately and on time. Experience using PEXA is highly regarded.

 

You’re customer-focused by nature, with a strong service mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail is second to none, and you take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

 

With excellent communication skills, you remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while delivering a seamless customer experience.
